• The U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has initiated preparation of an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for proposed hazardous fire risk reduction in the East Bay Hills area, Alameda and Contra Costa counties, California.
